4 : in blogspeak, an idea that is spread from blog to blog

(Etymology : meme : derived from the Greek mimëma, 'something imitated', byRichard Dawkins in 1976)

Basically, it is an idea, joke or infomation, spread around the internet, or other forms, (eg the real world) and it evolves into many other things from one idea creating a meme, another person will change it.
